Bathtime

Alexis loves her little rubber duck.  At this age when she takes a bath we like playing make believe games with her little bath toys.  We squirt her little toy frog and she laughs when we do.  I recite "Three Men in a Tub" to her and we make baby signs for different toy animals she has.  After the bath is my favorite part - cuddling with my sweet smelling little baby all wrapped up in a towel.

Alexis' First Time Spoon Feeding Self

At 10 months old Alexis decided she wanted to try to feed herself some yogurt.  Unfortunately she decided it really wasn't that great, because it took us a long time after that to get her to feed herself.  I always called her my little baby bird because she would just lift her little head up and open her tiny mouth and wait for me to drop some food or drink into it.  She hated getting messy and figured it was so much more efficient to let Mommy take care of it.  :)
