Alexis has been taking ice skating lessons this winter for the first time. She got interested in December when we took her to the zoo to ice skate. So we enrolled her in a homeschooling ice skating class. They met during the day which made it nice and the class was somewhat small so she got lots of individualized attention. She absolutely loves it and it was so fun watching her learn each week. She ended the class last month and passed all her level 1 skill requirements. Since then Daddy has been taking her and Emily to the rink to skate a couple times a week when he's not flying and we'll do more lessons after the summer break, (the rink closes during the summer).
